The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.
TREASURER’S REPORT: Diane Rusbuldt Wymer ’68, Treasurer, reported that we have
$28,549.12 in the Scholarship/General Fund, $26,900.00 ($20,000.00 of this is in a CD) in the William T.
Faville Fund, and $22,022.93 in a CD at 4% annually in the Endowment Fund.

BUSINESS: 1) We will hold our Scholarship Banquet on our May 21st meeting. This year we will be holding the Scholarship Banquet at the Chesapeake Athletic Club (CAC), 3544 Argonne Ave., Norfolk Va, 23509, Menu: Baked Ham, Crispy Fried Chicken, Sweet Potato Casserole, Macaroni & Cheese, Seasoned Green Beans, Rolls and Butter, and Dessert. The cost is $15.00 person to be paid to Diane Rusbuldt Wymer ’68, Treasurer, no later than May 7th. 2) Willie Barnes, President, Teresa Hodges Deloatch, Vice President, Rick West, Secretary, and Diane Rusbuldt Wymer, Treasurer, were elected for office for the upcoming year. 3) $800.00 for NHS Seniors in need of assistance and $700.00 for Track & Field uniforms was voted on and sent to NHS. 4) Bobby Gatewood mentioned that Norview Masonic Lodge will be holding a community fund raiser Breakfast ($10.00) on April 28 and a fish fry ($15.00) on May 19th at the Lodge, 1125 Hugo Street, Norfolk both from 11 to 2.
There being no further business the meeting was adjourned.
